Incredible humpback whale sightings

We have been truly blessed this past week of the most amazing humpback whale & dolphin encounters here at Port St John's.  We have not known which direction to look in when surrounded by 2 species of dolphin at the same time and seeing humpback whales meeting up with families along their migratory trip back home to Antarctic.

We were taken by surprise by a very curious humpback whale which only showed its presence once it had taken a good look at what we were, much to the delight of our group on board the boat.............

We are truly privileged to be exploring and living in such an incredibly beautiful place, which is Port St John's, Wild Coast, Transkei.............the home of the annual sardine run....................
